Objective: To pressure back after loosing the ball

Layout: One big square with a smaller square inside (use cones). Tree blue + 6 yellow players.

Execution:

A) The three blue players must hold the ball within the inner square - and two yellow players enter to put pressure

B) The yellow must come together as a team and put so much pressure one the blue players that they eventually loose the ball

C) Yellow takes the ball out into the outer square

D) Blue players put pressure to reconquer the ball. One blue player puts pressure directly on the ballkeeper in order to cut down the possibilities for passing the ball - the others puts maximum pressure on the other players.

NOTE: The exercise is very physically demanding so the teams changes places after 2 minutes.
