Age group: 5 - 8 years


Setup: Cones with 3 meters in-between


The exercise: Look up while keeping focus on the balls. The players run to the cones and back while they dribble with two balls each. When they return to the starting point, they pass the balls to the next player (yellow) who repeats the exercise etc.


Result: Result: Improves the kids ability to focus both on the ball + look up/ahead and orientate themselves.
